Tools of Eternus

Tools - Tools are held items that can be used by different artisans (or all artisans in the case of forge tools). Tools can also (but less often) be used by a class to perform a particular action for which that class receives special training. Performing an action that requires a tool requires adding +50 to the target if it allowed at all. (GM Discretion).
