Racial Faction of Eternus

Racial Faction - Racial faction is needed to gain many of the racial powers that are available to a character. While there is no reason a character has to have these powers they can help aid the character. Since most of the faction needed can be gained outside of combat building racial faction can sometimes be done during downtime.
