Efficiency: The efficiency of a power determines how well it works. The numbers range from 0% (broken) to 100% (perfect).

Power Ranges: Most powers have a range that is signified by a romen numeral from one to five.

I: 01-25%
II: 26-50%
III: 51-75%
IV: 76-99%
V: 100%

Many powers have a limit on the maximum efficiency.
