Weapon Use (Large)

Large Weapon Use: A large weapon is one that can only be wielded in two hands. Using a large weapon is typically reserved for special types of characters that have an innate dual wielding ability as part of their character or those that do not use a typical shield. In other words large weapons require you to forgo your shield unless they are gained as a part of your class skills so unless you want to give up your shield or have large weapons as a class skill then use small weapons.

Normal characters can learn to use a large weapon however it can only be up to uncommon skill and they cannot also employ a shield unless they have an ability that expressly allows it. Using a large weapon requires room and so it is almost always medium range. Some characters can break this rule through special training.
