Weapon Use (Held)

Weapon Use - Using a weapon is typically a standard action. Drawing a weapon is an instant action.

Losing Bonuses - Weapon bonuses are not automatic. The person must remember to use the weapon effectively and thus if a player forgets about the full effect of a weapon it does not happen.
