The Culture of Eternus

Local Jail: Laws are typically enforced by the sheriff of each province and trials are overseen by the local Justicar. Those that are found guilty of minor offences are sentanced to time in the local jail. The local jail is not an easy place to do time but it is nothing compared to doing time in the Bastille.
