Draconic Language: This elegant sounding language is very difficult to learn and even harder to pronounce making it very difficult for non-dragon characters. When speaking to dragons of a similar alignment it confers +5 on influence checks such as diplomacy and changes their attitude one step in a positive direction.
Note: This training is not needed if you are a dragon or have a draconic heritage since it is your primary language. If you gain it as a class power you make receive additional skill points at teh Gms option.
