Effect: This ceremony allows the magus to emblazon a runestone for each member of the party with an elemental symbol that when used (activate magical item II T-75) can give a +20 critical bonus on any single elemental attack after which the rune is entirely consumed. Failure does not consume the rune but consumes an instant attack.
