Breastplate - A breastplate is heavy metal armor that covers the chest area to form seamless protection of the torso.

Optional (Decoration): Breastplates are often etched, gilt, engraved, chased, embossed, or enamelled. These etchings can often represent military or noble rank.

Equipping: Breastplates are equipped by slipping them over the head and strapping them to other pieces of armor. This usually requires assistance.
