Scourge (Entangling: One-handed) The Scourge or is a flexible leather whip with a dozen leather thongs made of knotted woven pieces of specially treated hide or other woven materials with sharp metal hooks on the tips. There is a handle at one end allowing for expert control of the weapon.
Note: A variant exists for corporal punishment that leaves off the metal tips making the weapon do much less damage.
