Knout (Entangling: Two-handed) The Knout is a type of whip of woven materials attached to a wooden handle about 9" long. It's lash has metal rings at the tips, and a second lash with a ring with a beak-like hook of hard wood capped in silver on the tips of it.

Dhampir Only: The Knout is a heritage weapon of the Dhampir.

Equipping: A Knout is equipped in two hands by removing the item from its belt ring by the handle.
