Heritage Slashing Weapon - Dao

Dao (Slashing: One-Handed) The Dao is a single-edge one-handed sword that is moderately curved with few inches of the back edge is sharpened. Cord is wrapped over the wood handle and the hilt is pierced for the addition of lanyards. Guards are disc-shaped to prevent liquids entering.

Note: The Dao is very popular with the Humans of Xian Yang as well as many different combatants.

Equipping: An Dao is equipped in one hand by removing the guard and pulling the blade from the scabbard by the hilt.
