Piercing Polearm - Pike

Pike (Piercing: Two-handed) The pike is a type of long polearm that has a large straight metal blade on a 10' wooden shaft. The shaft near the head is reinforced with metal strips called langets.

Note: The glaive is popular with armies because of the effective layering of spears that can be used effectively against charging riders but it can be used by many types of fighters.
