Baselard (Slashing: Switch) The baselard is a type of long dagger or short sword with a wide blade and an H-shaped or t -shaped hilt.

Note: The baselard is popular with bandits, thieves, and other unsavory types but it can also be used by legetimate society.

Equipping: A baselard is equipped by removing the leather guard and pulling the blade from the scabbard by the hilt.
