The Cities of Eternus - York

York: The city of York is the oldest in the Northern kingdoms. It is the capitol of the North and a seat of power for the Council of York. The Council is made up of the ruling members of the provinces or shires of the Northern Kingdoms mostly Dukes and Duchesses. In addition to being the political seat of the Kingdom it is also an economic powerhouse controlling most of the natural resources of the Northern Kingdoms.
