The Cities of Eternus - Winchester

Winchester - The city of Winchester is one of the oldest in the kingdoms. It is the capitol of the Southern Kingdoms and a seat of power for the Council of Winchester. The Council is made up of the ruling members of the provinces or shires of the Southern Kingdoms mostly Dukes and Duchesses. In addition to being the political seat of the Kingdom it is also an economic powerhouse controlling most of the natural resources in the Southern Kingdoms.
